Free Shipping for Regular Post! I send parcels through Australia Post. Express Shipping cost is calculated by weight.

I cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

These rugs are one-of-a-kind tufted pieces and my process is constantly shifting. There may be some subtle irregularities in the design, but that's all part of it - I've learnt that this medium has its limitations, but those limitations are also strengths!

I endeavour to make my rugs to the highest standard as possible, if the item is faulty please notify me as soon as possible (within 14 days of arrival) so we can make it right. If it's a flaw I can mend, I will absorb the cost of shipping for repairs.
